Damon Goddard

Director of Performance / Partner

Damon attended Lee University where he played soccer and earned All-American and All-Conference player honors three times. Damon earned his bachelor’s degree in Fitness and Wellness and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, Damon is a Level-3 Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute. Damon currently serves as an Advisory Board member for the Southern Methodist University Applied Physiology and Sport Management Department as well as the Golf Academy of America- DFW. He is a frequent guest on PGA Tour Radio’s “Golf Talk America” and a guest on the Golf Channel. Damon is considered one of the leading experts in golf performance conditioning and currently works with a host of PGA, LPGA, collegiate, and elite junior golfers. With over 18 years of experience in the sports performance and fitness industry, Damon specializes in golf performance conditioning and has gained notoriety through speaking at seminars and his writings for sport publications. Damon’s knowledge of the body and his experiences as an athlete and educator give him a unique and effective approach to sports performance training. His biggest source of inspiration and his daily 'why' can be found in his two boys.

Andrew Banner

Director of Operations / Partner

Andrew graduated from Methodist University with a BS in business administration and was part of the Professional Golf Management Program. While attending Methodist University, Andrew interned and mentored under the direction of multiple elite golf instructors including: Eric Eshleman, Director of Golf at the Country Club of Birmingham, Mike McGetrick, Director of Golf at Colorado Golf Club and Jim Mclean at his golf school at the Doral Golf Resort. Upon graduation, Andrew attended Clarion University to pursue his MBA. While at Clarion University, he was the graduate assistant woman’s golf and basketball coach. Andrew is certified as a Personal Trainer (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Sean Carey

Sports Performance Coach

Sean was a Sergeant in The United States Army Infantry and served four years with the 10th Mountain Division. He was deployed for a 12 month combat tour in Eastern Afghanistan. After coming back to the states he pursued a degree in Golf Complex Operations at the Golf Academy of America. Sean graduated with honors in December of 2014. His love for Golf and fitness is what brought him to Golf Performance. Sean is a certified Personal Trainer and is currently studying to become a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Andrew Cummings

Sports Performance Coach

Andrew attended the University of Utah where he earned a bachelors of science degree with an emphasis in Exercise and Sport Science and minored in Nutrition. While attending the University of Utah, Andrew interned with the sports performance department where he worked with men’s golf, basketball and men’s and women’s Alpine and Nordic Skiing. After completion of his undergraduate degree, Andrew spent a year and a half at the University of Louisville in the sports performance department. At Louisville, Andrew worked with the men’s and women’s golf, baseball, men’s soccer, women’s volleyball and track and field. Andrew is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
